Basic Information which includes, how often you use the app, your profile photo, status, user activity and your basic device related information (ISP address, device name, etc.)

NO. WhatsApp chats are end-to-end encrypted which means no 3rd party, nor even WhatsApp or Facebook can read your chats.

NO. WhatsApp doesn’t store backup chats. They are either stored in iCloud and google drive.
